How do you meet campaign targets?
We communicate with our network of curators to ensure that your campaign is on track to reach its target. Each curator within our network understands how many streams a placement on their playlist delivers each day.
For example, if the playlist placement receives 1,200 daily streams and we run this campaign for 50 days, we would expect to net out 60K streams.
1,200 daily streams X 50 Days = 60,000 Total streams
What if I’m unhappy with the placement(s)?
Although transitioning a track to different playlists may be challenging, we’re always here to help. If we are unable to transition to another placement we are happy to provide a full or partial refund depending on the stage of the campaign. Are these genre-specific playlist?
Your song may be placed in a playlist that includes multiple music genres. In these cases, the curator chooses a playlist that best matches your song's theme and style. For example, a summer playlist may feature Pop, House, and Folk.
If my submission is declined, can I resubmit later?
Yes, our network is actively growing and if we're unable to secure a placement today that may change in the near future.
How long will my campaign last?
How long your campaign lasts depends on the size of your campaign, your songs genre, and approval timeline. While we can't control these variables, our campaigns guarantee to meet your song's stream target by the end of the campaign.
Our usual fulfillment time is
- 30-90 days for 5-10k streams
- 60-120 days for 20-35k streams
- 90-120 days for 50-70k streams
If we expect your campaign will take more than 3 months to complete, we will contact you prior to approval to ensure your campaign meets expectations. If you do not approve the timeline, our zero-risk policy ensures that your credit card will not be charged.
