Our music promotion services are tailored to be simple and effective. All you have to do is choose your campaign, submit your song, and watch your streams and/or views roll in. Once you have submitted your song we place a hold on your credit card and our team of curators/creators listens to your track and determines if it fits their playlist/content. If your song is approved we will process the payment on your credit card and begin your promotion. You will receive a report or instructions on how to view the success of your campaign. If your song is not approved we cancel the hold and your credit card is never charged.

Although we try to accommodate all music, some submissions are not approved. Our curators/creators only accept songs that fit their playlists/content. If your submission is not approved, our zero-risk policy will ensure your credit will not be charged.

At Members our zero-risk policy ensures client satisfaction. We do NOT charge your credit card until we have secured an approval for your campaign. Instead at checkout we place a 7-day payment hold and if we are unable to secure approval we cancel the hold and your credit card is never charged.

To get your music on platforms like Spotify, YouTube, Apple, Amazon, Instagram, TikTok, and others, you'll need to use a distributor such as DistroKid, TuneCore, and CD Baby. These services make it easy to distribute your music widely, ensuring it's accessible across popular platforms.

Our curators, creators, and advertising specialists do not work on weekends, therefore we will ensure your campaign is pitched promptly the next business day.

We communicate with our network of curators to ensure that your campaign is on track to reach its target. Each curator within our network understands how many streams their playlist delivers each day.

For example, if the playlists receive 1,200 daily streams and we run this campaign for 560 days, we would expect to net out 60K streams.

1,200 daily streams X 50 Days = 60,000 Total streams

Each curator in our network is heavily vetted. This process includes analyzing their playlists using data from Chartmetric, Spotify For Artists (SFA), and distributors before adding them to our network. We’ve met many of our curators in person, and have consistent calls on a weekly basis with each of them. We strongly advise against using bots to boost streams as it can lead to your music being removed from Spotify.

Our network consists entirely of playlists that are optimized to rank high in organic searches, making it easier for listeners to discover the music they’re actively searching for on our playlists.

Although transitioning a track to different playlists may be challenging, we’re always here to help. If we are unable to transition to another placement we are happy to provide a full or partial refund depending on the stage of the campaign. Our goal is to help secure approvals for playlist campaigns as often as we can, however, our curators only accept songs that they believe fit their playlists. If your submission is not approved, our zero-risk policy will ensure your credit will not be charged.

Your song may be placed in a playlist that includes multiple music genres. In these cases, the curator chooses a playlist that best matches your song's theme and style. For example, a summer playlist may feature Pop, House, and Folk.

Yes, our network is actively growing and if we're unable to secure a placement today that may change in the near future.

Our Spotify promotion service pitches your songs to our global network of curators matching your genre and mood. Your song will remain on our playlists until your streaming target is fulfilled. If we’re unable to secure approval for your submission, our zero-risk policy ensures that your credit card will not be charged.

We submit your song to our curators within 48 hours, who then take an additional 1-3 business days to approve or decline your campaign. The entire approval and placement process takes an average of 1-5 business days.

How long your campaign lasts depends on the size of your campaign, your songs genre, and approval timeline. While we can't control these variables, our campaigns guarantee to meet your song's stream target by the end of the campaign.If we expect your campaign will take more than 3 months to complete, we will contact you prior to approval to ensure your campaign meets expectations. If you do not approve the timeline, our zero-risk policy ensures that your credit card will not be charged.

To monitor the streaming activity of your track within each playlist, view your promoted track within Spotify for artists. Click the playlist tab, switch your timeline to 'since 2015' to view all-time streams from our campaign. To cross-check placements you can review the email we send containing the full playlist breakdown for your campaign.

Your song is placed on active playlists for a set duration based on the package you choose. The curator will remove the song once this period ends. If at any point you believe your song has been removed prematurely, please email us at hello@members.media so we can take a closer look.

At the moment, Spotify does not provide audience data for individual playlists. While this may change in the future, we cannot track geographical listenership at this time.

Our Monthly Listener campaigns are offered as both one-time purchases, and monthly subscriptions.  Our subscription plan renews every 30 days and maintains your monthly listener number at your desired campaign size.

Yes, for Monthly Listeners you can promote multiple tracks on your Artist Profile. If this is what you’re looking for please share the link to your profile at checkout. We can change tracks throughout the month if needed, but we suggest purchasing a subscription for this purpose, as it may take up to a week for monthly listeners to reach their target. Streaming campaigns are designed to promote individual songs, if you'd like to promote multiple tracks, you'll need to purchase a separate package for each track.

Our creators sync your songs with the most popular TV shows, movies, sports, and celebrities to create impactful visuals with your music. Users find you music through this content then search for your song on their streaming platform. These high effort listeners are more likely to save, follow, and play your track on repeat.

While we are unable to guarantee results beyond the number of posts you will receive, we can provide view estimations based on historical performance of campaigns. Please see below for view estimations by package size:

• 3-5 edits: Average 40,000 views
• 5-10 edits: Average 80,000 views
• 10-15 edits: Average 160,000 views

Our goal is to help secure approvals for TikTok campaigns as often as we can, however, our editors only accept songs that they believe fit their channels. If your submission is not approved, our zero-risk policy will ensure your credit will not be charged.

Most distributors (DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby, etc.) distribute your music to TikTok. With this in mind, when you’re releasing a new song through these services make sure you’ve opted in to distribute your music on TikTok. Alternatively, you can upload an ‘original sound’ to TikTok, which can also be used in our campaigns.

When your song is sent to TikTok through a distributor such as DistroKid, TuneCore, or CD Baby, a sound page is created automatically. To find the sound link, search for your artist name and song title, then go to the “Sounds” tab. Click on your song name to open the page, and you can easily copy the link to paste on our website. Alternatively if you upload a video using an original sound, you can also copy and link the original sound link to our website.

Most distributors (DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby etc.) will allow you to customize the section of the song which will be available on TikTok. Once your song has been distributed to TikTok, a one-minute section will be available for video creators to use. Our creator team will analyze the one-minute clip to determine which section fits their visuals and has the best chance of connecting with their audience.

If approved, your campaign will launch within 2 to 5 business days.

• 3-5 edits: 4-7 days
• 5-10 edits: 7-10 days

Once your campaign goes live you will receive a dashboard that tracks individual posts, total views, viewer engagement, and more. Please review this example dashboard for reference. The dashboard data is refreshed every 6 hours the first week, every 12 hours the second week, every 24 hours the third week, every 48 hours the fourth week, and then twice a week thereafter for 30 days. Yes, our network is constantly expanding. While we may not have creators interested in your song today, as our network continues to grow we’re able to submit your track to new creators. Your also welcome to submit another song for consideration. If your submission is not approved, our zero-risk policy will ensure your credit card will not be charged.

Our YouTube Music Video Promotion involves using targeted advertising strategies to reach the ideal audience. By identifying and targeting specific demographics and interests, your campaign can increase video views, boost subscriber counts, and enhance overall engagement, helping to grow your fanbase and brand. As the campaign runs, we make adjustments to help you exceed your minimum view goal. If your submission is not approved, our zero-risk policy will ensure your credit will not be charged.

Ads must also comply with YouTube’s advertising guidelines, therefore we cannot promote content that includes profanity, smoking, alcohol, violence, or nudity.If your submission is not approved we will reach out to you for a version of the video which does not include explicit content. If you do not have an alternative version of the video our zero-risk policy will ensure your credit will not be charged.

Yes, our YouTube campaigns reach your ideal audience by identifying and targeting specific demographics and interests. If you have specific regions or keywords you’d like us to focus on for your music or video, please let our team know, and we’ll be happy to help.

The ads are crafted to feel like personal music recommendations, making them more relatable and appealing to the audience. We incorporate visuals related to activities, interests, movies, and sports to grab their attention with content they already enjoy.

By running ads on Facebook & Instagram, you prequalify listeners off-platform, ensuring only those most likely to save, follow, and play your track on repeat reach Spotify. This early spike in engagement signals genuine interest and can trigger algorithmic growth on Spotify.

Our campaigns are run on Meta using our own social media and ads manager accounts. This presents a more organic music recommendation coming from a third party rather than a direct message from the artist themself.

All of our ads are designed and produced in-house by our team of video editors.

Facebook & Instagram music ads are ideal for developing artists looking to grow their fanbase.

At the moment we are not accepting artist made visuals. Our ads are designed with a specific strategy in mind, so we will always create custom visuals for you.

We only approve songs we believe we can add value to. If we don’t think the service is a fit for your song, then your submission may not be approved. Ads must also comply with Meta's advertising guidelines, therefore we cannot promote content that includes profanity, smoking, alcohol, violence, or nudity.

Each song, campaign, and visual set is unique, so results will vary. However, we do guarantee a minimum number of conversions your campaign will receive based on the package you choose. A conversion occurs when a viewer clicks on your ad and then selects their preferred streaming platform.

Once your campaign goes live you will receive a dashboard which tracks user visits, clicks to streaming platforms, and countries of visitors.

We drive traffic to Spotify because it offers the largest global audience. Spotify for Artists also provides valuable data insights and is the main platform to build industry credibility.

Conversions are viewers who click your ad and then select their preferred streaming platform.

Due to the unique approach we take with our campaigns, we require creative control over the visuals. However, we are happy to take suggestions from you, such as lists of similar artists and targeting preferences.

Our primary targeting consists of Spotify’s tier one countries which provide the highest royalties per stream (US, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, France etc.). If multiple attempts are unable to successfully convert enough fans in these countries we will slowly introduce tier two countries (Mexico, Brazil, Italy, Portugal etc.). We do not target tier three countries unless requested (India, Indonesia, Philippines, Turkey etc.).
