Zero-Risk Policy

We guarantee that your song will be submitted to the advertised number of curators within 7 days of purchase. Once submitted, you'll receive a placement report by email summarizing the curator submissions and your campaign status.


We only pitch your music to curators who are most likely to be a good fit for your music.


In the rare case we're unable to reach the advertised number of curator submissions within 7 days, we'll contact you from hello@members.media to either arrange an alternate campaign of equal value, or issue a full refund, it's your choice.


While we guarantee submission to curators, please note that stream counts or listener growth are not guaranteed. These depend on curator decisions and audience behavior. Any stream or listener numbers displayed on our site are estimates based on past campaign averages, provided solely to help you choose the right package.


We never use artificial, automated, or fraudulent methods (including bots, click farms, or fake streaming). All promotion activity is legitimate and solely based on real curator submissions.

Refund Policy

If you do not receive a placement report email within 7 days of purchase confirming that your campaign was submitted to the advertised number of curators, you're eligible for a full refund.


To request a refund, please email hello@members.media with your order details.


Once processed, you'll receive an email confirmation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.


For subscriptions or memberships, you may cancel anytime before your renewal date to prevent further billing. If you need help with cancellations or refund requests for ongoing subscriptions, email hello@members.media and our team will assist you promptly.
