If for any reason we can’t deliver as described, we’ll offer you an alternate campaign of equal value or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Upon submission to curators, we continue to work on your song to get it as close as possible to the estimated stream count of your selected package.

We communicate with our network of curators to ensure that your campaign is on track to reach its target. Each curator within our network understands how many streams a placement on their playlist delivers each day.

We continue to work on your campaign even beyond the initial submission process to ensure you are satisfied with your Members Media order.

Each curator in our network is heavily vetted. This process includes analyzing their playlists using data from Chartmetric and distributors before adding them to our network. We’ve met many of our curators in person, and have consistent calls on a weekly basis with each of them. We strongly advise against using bots to boost streams as it can lead to your music being removed from streaming platforms.

Our curator network consists entirely of playlists that are optimized to rank high in organic searches, making it easier for listeners to discover the music they’re actively searching for on our playlists.

While all campaigns will be pitched to curators within 7 days, we will continue to work your campaign with curators.

You should see results roll in within 7-14 days of purchase.

How long your campaign lasts depends on the size of your campaign, your songs genre, and approval timeline. While we can't control these variables, we ensure our campaigns meet your song's stream target by the end of the campaign.

If we expect your campaign will take more than 3 months to complete, we will contact you prior to approval to ensure your campaign meets expectations.

Your song may be placed in a playlist that includes multiple music genres. In these cases, the curator chooses a playlist that best matches your song's theme and style. For example, a summer playlist may feature Pop, House, and Folk.

Usually within 48 hours of purchase. In rare cases, up to 7 days.

The playlists you get added to are primarily North American / European based, although based on the genre/style of your music we may target more relevant audiences (eg. Latin America for reggaeton).

While we cannot guarantee a specific number of streams, we assure you that your music will be pitched in an effort to get you on the advertised number of playlists.

Each campaign size comes with a stream estimate based on data from past campaigns across various genres. Our many past campaigns with artists of diverse genres lets us know what works effectively.

It's crucial to note that the quality of your song plays a pivotal role in its performance. A well-produced, quality track will outperform a low-quality one.

Real ears will be listening to your music, and it's the quality of it that will entice them to stick around and explore more of your musical offerings.
