One-time purchase vs. subscription?
Our Monthly Listener campaigns are offered as both one-time purchases, and monthly subscriptions. Our subscription plan renews every 30 days and maintains your monthly listener number at your desired campaign size.
Can I promote multiple songs? Change songs?
Yes, for Monthly Listeners you can promote multiple songs on your artist profile. However, we can only promote one song per month. If you’d like to switch to a different song, you can request a change up to one week before your subscription renews.
Please note that it is very difficult to change tracks during an active monthly listener campaign, and it may take up to four weeks for monthly listeners to reach their target.
What if I’m unhappy with the placement(s)?
Although transitioning a track to different playlists may be challenging, we’re always here to help. If we are unable to transition to another placement we are happy to provide a full or partial refund depending on the stage of the campaign. If my submission is declined, can I resubmit later?
Yes, our network is actively growing and if we're unable to secure a placement today that may change in the near future.
Can you target a specific audience?
At the moment we cannot track geographical listenership.
